& Date Night at CME

Flex Time & Date Night at CME is a safe, fun, drop-off service designed for parents who need a short-term or flexible childcare solution. Whether you’re running errands, attending a meeting, or enjoying a much-needed date night, we provide a supportive space where children can learn, grow, make new memories, and have fun.

What We Offer During Flex Time & Date Night

Children will enjoy a variety of age-appropriate activities, including:

  • Educational enrichment

  • Creative movement, dance, and tumble

  • Arts and crafts

  • Fun and engaging play

  • Physical fitness and structured games

  • And so much more!

All activities are designed to support learning, encourage self-expression, and promote critical thinking in a safe and nurturing environment.

Hours of Operation

Flex Time Hours

Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Additional weekday hours and weekend time slots are available upon request.

Date Night Hours

2–6 hour blocks
Early evening and late-night hours available upon request.

Ages

18 months – 12 years

Hourly Rates

  • 1 Child: $12 per hour

  • 2 Children: $18 per hour

  • 3 Children: $24 per hour

  • 4 Children: $30 per hour

Pick-Up Policy

Late pick-ups will incur a $2 per minute late fee, calculated from the scheduled pick-up time.

Parents who are late more than three (3) times will no longer be eligible to participate in Flex Time or Date Night programs.

If someone other than the drop-off individual will be picking up your child, their information must be provided in advance. Pick-up and drop-off times must be accurately completed on the registration form.

Food & Snacks

Parents must provide all food and drinks for their child. Items should be labeled and packed in appropriate containers or bags. We are a peanut-free community studio.

Personal Items

Please label all personal items, including bags, clothing, and bottles. Children may bring a phone or tablet; devices must be fully charged. Wi-Fi is available for use. Please also pack a change of clothes.

Medications

All medications must be in their original container and clearly labeled with the child’s name. Written instructions for administration must be provided.

Health Policy

Sick children are not permitted to attend. If your child is unwell, please keep them home for the safety of everyone.

Children may not be dropped off if they exhibit any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever within the past 24 hours

  • Sore throat

  • Excessive coughing or a “seal-bark” cough

  • Thick, profuse, or yellow/green nasal discharge

  • Flu-like symptoms (body aches, chills, headache)

  • Diarrhea within the past 8 hours

  • Vomiting within the past 24 hours

  • Symptoms of pink eye (conjunctivitis)

  • Undiagnosed rash

  • Head lice within the past 10 days

If any of these symptoms are observed during care, the child must be picked up immediately.

Scheduling & Payment

Flex Time is available in 2-, 4-, or 6-hour intervals (maximum). After submitting the registration form, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided. Payment may be made online or in person.

Payment serves as confirmation that your requested date and time have been accepted.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once submitted. The time slot selected is reserved specifically for your child and cannot be transferred, reused, or applied to another date or time if unused.
