Powerhouse Class Description
The Powerhouse Class is designed to build strong, confident, and versatile dancers by focusing on endurance, strength, precision, and stage presence. Unlike a regular class that emphasizes only technique or choreography, Powerhouse pushes dancers to perform at a higher intensity, preparing them for showcases, competitions and new class opportunities.
In this class, dancers will work on:
Strength & Conditioning – drills and exercises that improve stamina, balance, and body control.
Performance Training – learning how to project energy, command the stage, and dance with confidence.
Versatility – blending multiple dance styles and techniques to create a powerful, well-rounded dancer.
Teamwork & Discipline – encouraging dancers to push each other, stay motivated, and hold themselves accountable.
